Upon receipt of your order, please note the following guidelines for exchanges:

Kindly send us an email within 14 days of receiving the items to initiate the exchange or refund process.

The product should be in pristine condition, unused, and with the original brand tag attached & packaging.

Exchange is contingent upon the availability of the specific item in our stock. Please allow for a processing time of up to 10 working days from the date of your email.

Refunds will be issued in the case of a manufacturing defect or any other reason with mention it. In such instances, the refund will be provided in the form of another comparable product or full payment will back to you.
